Lakeland Building Partners is proud to partner with the Metro Nashville Development & Housing Agency to restore and enhance affordable housing across the city. With more than 500 existing housing units in Nashville in need of improvement and renovation, our team is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable work that strengthens these communities from the inside out. We are currently assisting neighborhoods such as Sudekum, Cheatham Heights, and CWA Plaza, focusing on both structural improvements and meaningful interior upgrades that directly improve residents’ day-to-day living conditions.

Our scope of work spans painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, cleaning, and full unit turns, ensuring each home is safe, functional, and move-in ready. By modernizing aging units, restoring core building systems, and applying thoughtful upgrades, we’re helping preserve affordability while contributing to safer, cleaner, and more sustainable neighborhoods.
